Terms of Service

Micro Resources (MRCC) agrees to furnish services to the customer subject to the following Terms of Service. Use of services provided by MRCC constitutes acceptance and agreement to MRCC's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  1. Payment: Payment is made monthly by subscription. Failure to make payment will result in termination of the agreement. Failure to respond to inquries regarding non-payment may result in cancellation and removal of your content within 14 business days. All payments to MRCC are nonrefundable.
  2. Rates: Subscription rates will be established at the time of subscription.
  3. Cancellations: Requests for cancellation must be submitted by emailing support@mrcc.com. Canceling your subscription through PayPal is not sufficient.
  4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement: By agreeing to the Acceptable Use Policy the subscriber also agrees that MRCC may provide any and all records related to subscriber activity to law enforcement officials upon request without notification to the subscriber.
  5. Availability: Although network availability is high, the subscriber acknowledges that downtime may occur due to circumstance beyond the control of MRCC. MRCC shall not be liable for any damages arising from periods of downtime.
  6. Technical Support: MRCC will provide limited technical support by email to new subscribers. MRCC does not support software used by the subscriber or provide technical consulting as part of the subscriber agreement. Such services are available upon request and will be billed separately.
  7. Penalties: Violation of the anti-spam policy will result in an administrative fee of $300 and suspension of your services. Violation of other prohibitions in the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of the agreement.
  8. Quotas: Subscriber agrees to abide by the disk space and bandwidth limits established for their account. If quotas are exceeded, subscriber is liable for additional fees based on the overage.
  9. Violations: While MRCC reserves the right to monitor and inspect user activities for security purposes, it is under no obligation to do so. MRCC does not assume any responsibility to monitor customer activities with regard to the Acceptable Use Policy.
  10. Modifications: MRCC reserves the right to modify its Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notification.
  11. Indemnification: In agreeing to the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, the customer indemnifies MRCC for any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service that results in loss to Micro Resources or the bringing of any third-party claim against MRCC. If MRCC is sued because of customer activity, the customer will pay any and all damages awarded against MRCC and reimburse MRCC for all costs and attorney fees.
  12. Content: MRCC takes no responsibility for any customer content and material posted by the customer or its users. Further, MRCC is not responsible for the content of any websites linked to MRCC servers. The customer is solely responsible for content stored in their web and user space. Maintaining an offsite backup of all customer content (data, scripts, applications, web pages, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.
  13. Warranty: MRCC is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer and makes no implied or written warranties for any services. MRCC denies any warranty or merchantability for a specific purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions.
